Steven Pax

Steven Pax is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and management roles within the manufacturing and plastics industries. Currently serving as the Pilot Plant Manager at 3M since April 2025, Steven oversees pilot plant operations, ensures safety compliance, and leads cross-functional teams in developing innovative products. Previously, as Engineering Manager at SCT Manufacturing, responsibilities included managing teams for new product development and design improvements. Steven held various positions at Nolato from October 2015 to July 2022, advancing from Process Engineer to Value Stream Manager, where Steven focused on optimizing value streams and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at Phillips Medisize, where Steven contributed to process improvement as a Process Engineer, and internships that provided foundational skills in quality assurance and fabrication. Steven holds a Master of Science in Operations and Supply Management and a Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
