Terry Ross

Terry Ross is a Lean Deployment Manager in the Industrial Tapes & Adhesives Division at 3M Company, where they lead Lean deployment across 18 sites and 38 unique value streams. With a career spanning over three decades in manufacturing and supply chain operations, they specialize in applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints techniques to enhance efficiency and customer service. Terry previously held roles as a Lean Coach & Continuous Improvement Manager and Supply Chain Manager, gaining valuable insights into Lean methodologies. They earned both an M.S. and a B.S. in Industrial and Management Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman.
