Todd Scott

Director, Global Customer Operations

Todd Scott has over two decades of experience in customer operations and business transformation within 3M, serving in various leadership roles since January 2001. Currently, as Director of Global Customer Operations, Todd oversees strategic design and execution of business group priorities while ensuring alignment among customer operations leaders. Previous roles include managing the successful delivery of SAP solutions, leading Market to Order processes across extensive business groups, and driving sales operations and analytics in the Health Care Business Group. Todd's background also includes significant contributions to national account growth, business development in Latin America, and implementation of Six Sigma methodologies. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from St. Cloud State University.
