Tom Bender

Tom Bender has extensive experience in the commercial and defense markets, primarily with 3M, where a career spanned over 30 years, culminating in retirement in January 2022. Bender held various positions including 3M Senior Business Manager in the Commercial Solutions Division and 3M Manager of National Business Development in the Defense Markets Division. Prior roles also encompassed positions such as 3M Business Manager in the Industrial & Transportation Business and the Marine & Specialty Vehicle divisions, along with positions in sales and account management. Before joining 3M, Bender served as a High School Business Teacher and Coach at Parkway West High School. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Educational Studies in Marketing from the University of Missouri.
