Tom Kastner

Tom Kastner has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as an Executive Sales Account Representative at 3M since August 2014, focusing on expanding sales in the Construction and Industrial segments across four states. Prior to 3M, Tom worked at ITW Paslode for 17 years in various sales roles, including Senior Sales Representative, where responsibilities included managing key distributor channels and achieving significant growth. Additionally, Tom has experience as a Manager at Barrett's Home Theater, where retail sales of premium home theater products were the focus. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Psychology from Northern Illinois University and an Associate’s degree from Elgin Community College.
