With over two decades of experience at 3M, including a role as Advanced Principle Project Engineer, Tom has led significant capital engineering projects across various divisions in the Healthcare Business. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Previously, Tom worked in facilities engineering, contributing to power and lighting design and project management.
