Tom Osteraas

Tom Osteraas is a seasoned securities, governance, M&A, and corporate finance lawyer with extensive experience gained from both in-house executive roles and partner-level positions in law firms. They served as VP, Associate General Counsel, Assistant Corporate Secretary, and M&A at 3M, and have held several significant positions, including Legal Director at Medtronic and General Counsel at Cogeneration Corporation of America. Tom began their career as an Associate Attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP and has since contributed to various organizations, bringing expertise in complex commercial transactions and project development. They hold a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and an AB in History from Harvard College.
