Tomasz Duda is currently the Director of EMEA Application Engineering for the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division at 3M, where they also serve as the Global Division Sustainability Leader. Previously, Duda held several roles at 3M, including Head of Project Management & Agile Office for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and Technical Manager in Corporate R&D in the USA. Earlier in their career, Duda worked as a Quality Manager and Technical Manager at Lesaffre. Duda earned a Postgraduate degree in Quality Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota, and a Master of Science in Biology from the University of Wroclaw.
