Warren Uy is an IT Shared Services Lead with over 16 years of experience in IT business technology consulting, program management, and service delivery. Warren has held various roles, including project manager, solutions architect, and cross-cultural people manager, leading complex transformation programs and ERP implementations across multiple industries. Currently, Warren leads SAP Global Trade Services deployment at 3M and has successfully grown the IT team from 9 to approximately 100 members.
