William Gramer

William Gramer possesses extensive experience in the field of hazardous materials and transportation safety. Currently serving as a Global Dangerous Goods Specialist at 3M since March 1997, William specializes in regulatory safety for dangerous goods under guidance from organizations such as the United Nations and the International Civil Aviation Organization. Prior to this role, William worked as a General Engineer at the US Department of Transportation from January 1990 to March 1997, contributing to the Emergency Response Guidebook and developing significant safety guidelines. Earlier experience includes serving as a Mechanical Engineer at the City of Ames Electric Services. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University and an Associate of Science degree in Engineering from Clinton Community College, along with academic honors from Clinton High School.
