William Nahill

William Nahill is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and strategic transactions. Currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at 3M since August 2022, William has previously held roles as Director & Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel - Mergers and Acquisitions within the same company. Prior to 3M, William gained valuable experience at Latham & Watkins as an Associate, and at Lazard Freres & Co. LLC as Counsel. William's career began at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where William worked as an Associate. William holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and an MBA from Columbia Business School, both earned in June 2015.
