Tom Borgers

Tom Borgers has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Tom is currently the Founder and CEO of 3mint, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to founding 3mint, Tom worked at ConsenSys from 2018 to 2021 as the Director of Corporate Development and Strategic Initiatives. Before that, they served as an Experienced Associate at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, from 2016 to 2018. Tom also gained experience as a CIO Advisory Summer Analyst at Kurt Salmon in 2015. Tom began their professional career as a Summer Intern at Nikko Asset Management in 2013 and as a Fall Intern at the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation in 2011.

Tom Borgers completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University between 2012 and 2016. In their earlier education, they attended the American School in Japan from 2009 to 2011, although the specific degree or field of study at that time is unknown.
