Immanuel Rahardja

Immanuel Rahardja has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Immanuel is currently the Director of Engineering at 3nets.io, where they started in March 2021. Prior to that, they held a similar position as the Director of Engineering at a stealth mode startup in 2021.

From 2014 to 2019, Immanuel worked at Lenovo as the Director of Software Development, managing a team responsible for all software development of network switches for the cloud data center. In this role, they led a team of over 100 people across different geographical locations, generating multi-million dollars in annual revenue. Their responsibilities included working on a portfolio of Top of Rack (ToR) switches, SDN controller, smart telemetry, and integrating with various third-party solutions and automation platforms.

Before Lenovo, Immanuel worked at IBM as a Senior Manager from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr SW Manager at Cisco Systems for almost a decade, from 2001 to 2010. Immanuel also has experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Allegro Systems, a Software Engineer at Aristo Technology, and a Software Engineer at Xilinx Inc.

Immanuel Rahardja pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Toronto. The specific years of enrollment, graduation, and any other educational experiences before or after this program are unknown.
