Silvana Hernandez

Silvana Hernandez has an extensive work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Silvana began their career as an Accounting Supervisor at Spherion in 1999 and later joined DHL as a Manager of Compensation in 2003. In 2004, they became an FP&A Director at SimplexGrinnell, where they worked until 2014. Following that, Silvana held the position of Vice President of Finance at Cross Country Home Services for three years, during which they analyzed profitability, developed pricing strategies, and prepared financial plans. Silvana then moved on to ORBCOMM, where they served as Vice President of Finance for a year before accepting a similar role at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2019. Silvana was responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of multiple campuses and programs before joining Pavion in 2021 as their Chief Financial Officer. Currently, Silvana is the Chief Financial Officer at 3Phase Elevator Corp, where they utilize their financial expertise to contribute to the company's success.

Silvana Hernandez completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida International University in 1999. Silvana then pursued an MBA in International Business from Florida Atlantic University, which they completed in 2012.
