3Plus Management (3PM) is a boutique agency representing a curated roster of photographers, fashion stylists, hair stylists, makeup artists, prop stylists, set designers and manicurists working globally across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Established by agent Jason Ng-Walker and producer Jill Roy, they bring a combined 40 years of experience in branding, management, public relations, production and visual communications to 3PM.
