Previously, Alan held roles as Chief Logistics Officer at Winning Group and General Manager of Operations at Nick Scali Limited, managing large teams and complex supply chain operations across Australia and the UK. They also served as Logistics Manager at Roche Pharmaceuticals and Coles, overseeing significant logistical operations and team management. Alan has been the Director of Lewis Consulting Services Pty Ltd since 2019, providing advisory services to major retail and FMCG brands.
