COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Formed in early 2020, during one of the most challenging global crises in modern history, 3Point1 is a coming together of expertise from the worlds of consulting and recruitment. Formed with a vision of providing forensic and technology recruitment solutions to organisations around the world.

Our leadership consists of ex-Big4 consultants, seasoned recruitment professionals and leading business figures, all with deep risk and compliance experience. We have the aim of providing comprehensive recruitment solutions for organisations of all shapes and sizes.

Our vision is to bring together 3 core aspects of recruitment (permanent recruitment services, staff augmentation & a managed service offering) under one roof to provide our clients with a relevant and applicable solution to the demands they face, not only today but more importantly, tomorrow.

OUR GLOBAL REACH:
Our research, recruitment and collaborative partnerships provide talent in a range of locations, for consultancies, international and national banks, leading retailers, telecommunications firms and other organisations of all sizes.
We have worked across numerous continents and time zones to deliver projects and mandates for clients, ensuring they get the best talent as and when they need it and where they need it.
