Karisma Sandoval

Karisma Sandoval is a skilled digital marketing and communications professional currently serving as Manager of Paid Social at DEPT® since April 2024, following the role of Digital Marketing Account Associate at 3Q/DEPT since January 2022. With a foundational background in broadcast journalism, Karisma produced daily newscasts at TEGNA from June 2020 to January 2022, while also collaborating on digital content development. Previous experience includes roles such as Broadcast Producer for Cronkite News at Arizona PBS and various positions in media and communications, including Vice President of Communications for Delta Gamma and an Editor for The State Press. Karisma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Digital Audiences from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University, along with a minor in Business and a Certificate in Sales and Marketing Essentials from the W.
