Laura Hoek

Laura Hoek is an experienced professional in operations, talent acquisition, and human resources with a strong background in driving organizational growth and managing personnel strategies. Currently serving as Head of Operations at 3rdRisk since September 2024, Laura is focused on enhancing client value and scaling operations within Europe’s leading cloud platform for third-party risk management. Previous roles include Head of Talent EMEA at Splashtop Inc., where Laura was instrumental in developing innovative people strategies, and Head of People at OK IT, overseeing all HR functions. Laura began the career as a Junior Psychologist and has accumulated extensive experience in recruitment and talent development across various organizations, including Oracle and Groupon. Laura holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam.
