Previous roles include Head of Talent EMEA at Splashtop Inc., where Laura was instrumental in developing innovative people strategies, and Head of People at OK IT, overseeing all HR functions. Laura began the career as a Junior Psychologist and has accumulated extensive experience in recruitment and talent development across various organizations, including Oracle and Groupon.
