3RDSPACE SYDNEY is a community-led mental health organisation built to make psychological support accessible, relational, and grounded in real life. We deliver high-quality group programs, psychoeducation, and student-supported counselling in ways that feel warm, human, and culturally responsive.

Our core belief is simple: people heal better when they’re not doing it alone.

We work at the intersection of community health, education, and social innovation. Our model blends free or low-cost community groups, supervised student placements, and partnership programs with universities, councils, and purpose-driven organisations. This allows us to create scalable, evidence-based programs while keeping barriers low for the people who need support most.

Our programs draw from group psychotherapy, DBT, Existentialism, belonging research, strengths-based frameworks, and modern behavioural science.

Whether we’re working with international students, local communities, or corporate wellbeing initiatives, our mission is the same:

Build spaces where humans feel seen, supported, and capable of meaningful change.
