Mark Adams has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Mark began their career in 1996 as a Marketing employee at Tech Pacific. In 1999 they moved to Brightpoint as a Key Account Manager. In 2001, they joined SingTel Optus as a Handset Business Unit employee. In 2003, they became National Sales Manager at LG, where they grew LG Mobile's market share ranking from no. 11 to 3 within 24 months. In 2007, they joined Accedo as Vice President and General Manager of North America, where they established Accedo's Hong Kong development center and Sydney business development office. In 2015, they became CEO of Incoming Media, a leading video engagement platform for smartphones, which was acquired by OVO Mobile in 2018. At OVO Mobile, they served as an advisor on the company's technology and content strategy. In 2020, they became Co-founder and Chief Development Officer of 3Red8, a next-generation digital infrastructure company, as well as an Advisor at Curious Thing AI. Mark is currently the General Manager at LYRO Robotics.

Mark Adams has an extensive educational background. In 2011, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business for an Executive Program for Growing Companies. From 2003 to 2005, they attended Macquarie Business School and obtained an MBA in Business. Prior to that, they attended University of Southern Queensland and obtained a Bachelor of Business in Marketing. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications from various institutions since 2020, including from Udemy, Submarine Telecoms Forum, Inc., The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, EPFL, Curtin University, The Linux Foundation, IBM, DartmouthX, and Miller Heiman Group.
