Junchi Ma is currently the Associate Director of Protein Formulation at 3SBio Inc., a position held since 2025. Previously, Junchi worked at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine as a Scientist in Large Molecule Drug Development from 2021 to 2024, where they were responsible for developing processes and formulations for biologic drug products. Before that, Junchi held the role of Sr. Scientist in Biologics Formulation at Johnson & Johnson from 2024 to 2025. Junchi earned a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2021 and a degree from Rice University in 2016.
