With a background in Financial and Professional Services Marketing and Digital recruitment, Andy has a successful track record in placing candidates in various businesses. Prior to 3Search, Andy worked at Michael Page International, where Andy managed a team placing marketers into different industries. Andy also spent time at Coca-Cola Enterprises as a Sales and Marketing Executive. Andy holds a First Class degree in Business and Management from Oxford Brookes University.
