Dan Matthews

Dan Matthews is the Founder and CEO of DMCG Global, where they lead a premier recruitment agency specializing in the Digital, Technology, Marketing, Creative, and Advertising sectors. Since 2020, they have driven the transformation of the company and fostered a remote working culture that promotes entrepreneurial spirit. Previously, Dan held positions at Daniel Marks and other recruitment firms, where they managed key sectors and launched new divisions across various regions. Additionally, Dan serves as the Director - Head of Growth at Recruiter Labs and Director at 3Search and 11 Investments, focusing on growth and consultancy. Dan holds a BSc(Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Nottingham.
