Michael Judkins

Michael Judkins has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Michael began their career at MITIE Group PLC as part of their Management Trainee Programme from September 2008 to May 2009. Following that, they worked at Luton and Dunstable Hospital NHS Foundation Trust as Clerical Staff from September 2006 to July 2010. In 2010, they briefly worked at DOTgroup International as Sales and Administration Support from July to December. Michael then joined Molson Coors Brewing (UK) Ltd as a Field Sales Executive from January 2011 to January 2012. After that, they worked at Michael Page, starting as a Consultant from January 2012 to October 2014, then became a Senior Consultant from October 2014 to January 2015, and finally a Manager from January 2015 to March 2016. Currently, they are at 3Search as the Director of their Specialist Team, a position they have been in since June 2021.

Michael Judkins attended Luton Sixth Form College from 2004 to 2006, but they did not obtain a specific degree or study in any particular field. From 2006 to 2010, they pursued a degree in Business Management at the University of Birmingham, where they graduated with a 2:1.
