Björg Bisgaard is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in activation, omnichannel strategies, and customer engagement across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Activation & Omnichannel at 3Shape since May 2021, Björg has played a key role in enhancing digital solutions for dental specialists and improving patient experiences. Prior to this role, Björg was a Senior Executive Marketing & Business Consultant at GECO Global, focusing on customer behavior in the energy sector. With a long tenure at SEAS-NVE, Denmark’s largest customer-owned energy company, Björg held multiple positions, including Head of Marketing and B2B Segment Manager, where significant marketing transformations and customer retention initiatives were implemented. Educational qualifications include advanced studies from prestigious institutions such as London Business School and Copenhagen Business School, culminating in a degree in marketing, sales, languages, and cultural behavior from the University of Southern Denmark.
