Kasper Lee Hartmann

Kasper Lee Hartmann is a highly experienced design professional with extensive expertise in UX and industrial design, currently serving as Principal UX Designer at 3Shape since November 2019, after progressing through roles as Senior UX Designer and UX Designer. Kasper previously held the position of Head of Design at Hufsy, where contributions included developing agile processes for a FinTech challenger bank. As a co-founder of Format Copenhagen, a design consultancy focused on sustainable business in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry, and through prior roles at Lumigon, VISMO, and other design firms, Kasper has demonstrated a consistent commitment to innovative design and collaborative development across various industries. Holding a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from Aalborg University, Kasper's career reflects a strong foundation in design engineering and a proactive approach to creative problem-solving.
