Lasse Leick

Lasse Leick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product lifecycle management and engineering within the optical and digital dentistry sectors. Currently serving as Director at 3Shape since December 2017, Lasse leads teams in Lifecycle, Optics, and Embedded Software, contributing to the development of innovative intraoral scanners. Prior roles include Senior Development Manager and Head of Product Lifecycle at 3Shape, as well as Engineering Manager and Group Leader at NKT Photonics, where Lasse oversaw significant patent portfolios and secured funding for externally funded projects. Lasse’s expertise in project management, personnel leadership, and intellectual property rights is complemented by a strong educational background, holding a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and a Master's degree in Physics from Aarhus University.
