Lee McIver

Lee McIver is the current Country Manager for UK & Ireland at 3Shape. Prior to this, Lee held various positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Lee McIver Consulting Ltd, and Merz Pharma. At Teva, Lee was a Senior Regional Business Manager for Respiratory where they led and managed two sales teams. Lee was able to stabilize the team following a major restructure and took the team from 7th/7 to 3rd/7 DuoResp and 6th/7 to 1st/7 Braltus. As Director at Lee McIver Consulting Ltd, Lee provided sales effectiveness and KAM training, coaching, and management development support through consultancy work. At Merz Pharma, Lee was Regional Development Manager for Aesthetics in South UK where they were responsible for leading the Southern Aesthetic Division. Lee oversaw two sales teams selling injectable portfolios and energy-based capital equipment and consumables. During their time at Merz, Lee achieved company record sales in June 2016 and realigned territory boundaries to optimize efficiency. Lee also introduced a new Field Clinical Specialist Strategy and Coaching Programme. In 2016/17, they were named Top Region Injectable Portfolio with 18% growth.

Lee McIver has a BA Hons in Business Management from Sheffield Hallam University.

They work with Charlie Zhu - General Manager of Greater China, Cassandra Farrell - Head of Global Accounts, and Andreas Pram Kjølbye - Global Director of Strategic Accounts. Lee McIver reports to Christoffer Melchior, Senior Vice President, Global Sales.
