Luna Berlin is a passionate Service Designer with a Master's degree in Service Systems Design from Aalborg University. They co-founded Redefine, a Service Design consultancy focused on Web Accessibility, where they served as a project manager and conducted client interviews and market analysis. Currently, Luna works as a UX Designer at 3Shape and also engages as a Fitness Instructor at FitnessX, drawing on their expertise in interactive facilitation and agile class design. With a strong interest in inclusive design, Luna utilizes Design Thinking to create empathetic solutions for diverse users.
