Małgorzata Leszczyk

Małgorzata Leszczyk has a diverse work experience. Małgorzata is currently serving as the Head of Department and Senior R&D Manager at 3Shape since September 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as an R&D Group Manager at the same company from November 2021 to September 2023. From September 2020 to September 2021, they were a Member of the Board at the European Battery Recycling Association. Małgorzata also worked at RECUPYL as the Director of Operations from November 2018 to September 2021, and as the Technical Manager from July 2018 to November 2018. From February 2018 to June 2018, they held the position of Team Leader Customer Service at Avantium. Before that, they were the Group Leader Customer Service at Avantium from February 2015 to February 2018, and a Customer Service Coordinator from June 2013 to February 2015. Małgorzata started their career as an Associate Researcher at Shell from May 2008 to June 2013. Their earliest known role was as a Marktbewerker at Bouwmaat from September 2006 to May 2008.

Małgorzata Leszczyk obtained a MSc in Chemical Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology, completing their studies between 1997 and 2003.
