Mette Luxhøj is a Regulatory Medtech leader with extensive experience in developing and executing regulatory strategies for medical devices. Currently, Mette heads Regulatory Affairs, Digital Health & Advocacy at 3Shape in Copenhagen, specializing in digital dentistry, AI medical devices, and SaMD. Mette is also a member of various EU Commission groups, including MDCG New Technologies, and serves on the Board of several organizations, such as the Association of the Danish Dental Industry and RAPS. Previously, Mette held senior leadership roles at Radiometer Medical and the Danish Medicines Agency, managing large teams and overseeing regulatory compliance. Mette is passionate about people management and fostering collaboration across global teams.
