Philip G. Westergaard is a researcher and developer in optics with a Ph.D. in atomic and laser physics. They served as a Doctoral Student at Observatoire de Paris, a Postdoc at University of Copenhagen, and subsequently held roles as a Senior Scientist at Dansk Fundamental Metrologi A/S and Development Engineer at Ofs Fitel Denmark ApS.
