Xuemeng Li

Xuemeng Li is the Head of Commercial Projects at 3Shape. Xuemeng has previously worked as a Project Manager, Strategy & Business Development at Pandora from November 2019 to May 2021. Prior to that, they were a Consultant at Bain & Company from April 2017 to October 2019, where they worked extensively with Consumer Product projects, including corperate strategy, BU strategy, geograpgical expasion, and digital transformation. Xuemeng has also been engaged in a variety of commercial dua dilligence cases for Private Equity clients.

Before their career in consulting, Xuemeng was the Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at Flauntin from September 2012 to May 2014. Xuemeng also has experience as a product designer and strategy assistant at Me-Mover from August 2012 to October 2012.

Xuemeng Li has a Ph.D. in product development for emerging markets from the Technical University of Denmark, a Master's degree in design and innovation from the Technical University of Denmark, and an Honoured degree in innovation management from Zhejiang University. Xuemeng also has a Bachelor's degree in industrial design from Zhejiang University and has studied industrial and product design at the National University of Singapore.

They work with Björg Bisgaard - Director, Activation & Omnichannel, Magnus Hammer - Senior Director, Global Marketing, and Elisavet Karatzoglou - Marketing Manager. Their manager is Lars Christian Lund, Senior Vice President Corporate, Business Development & Marketing.
