Jeff Bean

Jeff Bean is an experienced director in project operations and management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Project Operations at 3Sharp since July 2006, Jeff manages project management and quality assurance for the Delivery Team and has held various leadership roles, including Director of Special Projects and Director of Project Delivery. Prior to 3Sharp, Jeff was with Symetra Financial as a Senior Project Manager and IT Analyst, contributing expertise in business analysis for Retirement Services. An early career at Safeco Mutual Funds involved managing an operations team and providing client services. Jeff holds an MBA from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business and a BS in Statistics/Business from Brigham Young University.
