Erin Roesch is currently the Vice President of Innovation, People and Culture at 3sHealth, a position held since 2025. Prior to this, Erin served in various leadership roles within the Saskatchewan Health Authority and Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region, including Director of Quality & Safety Regina and Director of Strategy, Quality & Engagement. Erin began their career as the Administrator of Rural Relief Programs at the Saskatchewan Medical Association from 2003 to 2007. Erin holds a diploma in Medical Office Management/Administration from Saskatoon Business College and is pursuing a degree in Health Care Administration/Management at the University of Athabasca.
