Jennifer Yoder has extensive experience in customer service and sales support, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at 3SI Security Systems since April 2017, where responsibilities include billing and order entry for the Southeast region and managing a national special project. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at Hibu/Yellowbook, including Associate Manager of National Sales Support, where extensive reporting and data tracking were developed, and National Account Coordinator, where Jennifer managed a new department overseeing over 2000 accounts with substantial monthly receivables.
