Thomas Hoger

Thomas Hoger has a diverse work experience in the field of virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) learning. In 2020, they co-founded 3spin Learning, where they created and managed virtual and augmented reality trainings without the need for programming. Thomas worked with clients such as Lufthansa, DEKRA, and Avacon/E. In 2021, they became the co-chair of the VR/AR Training Committee at the VR AR Association. Prior to this, Thomas worked as a university lecturer in AR and VR learning at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences since 2011. Thomas Hoger attended Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Diploma in Media System Design. Thomas then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Media Direction at Munster Technological University, which was a remote-degree joint program with Hochschule Darmstadt. Thomas then returned to Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences to complete another Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Media Direction.
