Steve Gugler

Steve Gugler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance technology sector. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Nova Mutual Insurance Company since March 2022, Steve has also been a Partner at 3Tree | Industry Changing Solutions since January 2017. Previous roles include Independent Consultant in insurance technology and telematics, and Vice President positions at Quindell Solutions Inc. and iter8 Incorporated. Within iter8, positions ranged from Senior Business Consultant to Manager of Professional Services. Early in the career, contributions were made as a Data Quality Consultant at the Insurance Bureau of Canada. Steve holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
