Dylan Koen is the Group CEO of The 3Way Group, Africa's largest lead generation business, overseeing a portfolio that includes Phonefinder, 3Way USA (a Delaware-based contracting and outsourcing business for the Debt Settlement industry), 3Way South Africa, and SayHi. The group has built a strong local and international presence and has nearly 20 years in operation. They previously served as CEO - 3Way USA from 2024 to 2025, leading strategic growth initiatives, developing data-driven strategies to connect businesses with target audiences, and optimizing sales and distribution channels.
