Amanda Ramos currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at WIN: Women in Innovation, focusing on enhancing the impact and influence of women in the innovation sector. In addition to this role, Amanda acts as the Head of Community at 3x3, a consultancy dedicated to social innovation and urban planning. Amanda is also a faculty member for the MFA Design for Social Innovation program at SVA, fostering community-led design practices. Previously, Amanda held multiple positions at Gensler, including Principal and Innovation Director, where contributions were made toward inclusive design. Additionally, Amanda served as part-time faculty at Parsons School of Design and worked as Creative Lead at Bruce Mau Design. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Building Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, along with continuing education in inclusive design.
