Mark Saad

Mark Saad is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology and finance sectors. As the CEO and Board Member of NuLids, LLC since February 2018, Mark has demonstrated strong leadership skills. In addition to this role, Mark serves on the boards of 3X4 Genetics, Axsome Therapeutics, Inc., Presidium Health, and previously on Ra Medical Systems. As a Partner at Alethea Capital Management LLC since April 2017, Mark has contributed to investment strategies. Mark's prior experience includes senior financial leadership roles as CFO at Bird Rock Bio, Inc. and Cytori Therapeutics, and positions in investment banking at UBS and Citi Securities. Mark holds a BA in Economics and History from Villanova University, completed in 1992.
