E. Michael Poe

E. Michael Poe has over 20 years of professional experience in product management, asset protection operations, and electronic protection systems. E. Michael began their career in 1998 as an Electronic Protection Systems Analyst at Distribution Fulfillment Services. In 2002, they joined Big Lots Stores as a Loss Prevention Supervisor at the Columbus Distribution Center. In this role, they were responsible for interviewing, hiring, and supervising DC Security Officers, providing training, setting performance goals, and distributing work assignments to associates. E. Michael was later promoted to Asset Protection Project Manager, where they sourced emerging technologies and shrink reduction strategies for integration into new and existing retail locations and distribution centers. E. Michael also acted as the resident technical expert for all AP related equipment in the field. In 2017, they accepted a position as Director of Product Management and Product Manager at 3xLOGIC. In this role, they were responsible for planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
