4 Corners Group is a conglomeration of individual companies that provide services for Painting, Lead Abatement, and Construction. Our companies service over 20,000 units primarily in Manhattan and Brooklyn across several owners and management companies. Our company was born out of the need of one of the partner's family to get in-house pricing from an outside vendor for turnovers. This provided a lower overhead cost option as opposed to typical in-house services, providing value and opportunity to both parties.
