Andy Ferrin

Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer at National 4-H Council

Andy Ferrin has a diverse work experience which includes roles in senior leadership, marketing, and client services. From 1991 to 2000, they served as the Director of Client Services at North Light Communications. Andy then joined Porter Novelli where they worked as the Executive Vice President and Director of the Washington DC Consumer Marketing Group from 2000 to 2008. Following their time at Porter Novelli, Andy joined the National 4-H Council where they held the roles of Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer from 2008 to 2013, and later as the Chief Strategy Officer from 2013 onwards. In these positions, Andy was responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies, sustaining strategic initiatives, and ensuring organizational growth and success.

Andy Ferrin earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Rochester, where they attended from 1981 to 1985. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, earning an MBA with a focus on Finance. Andy attended the Simon Business School from 1985 to 1987.
