Chris Root has a strong background in creative services and design. Chris began their career as a Senior Designer at 360JMG in 2004 and then moved on to work as a Senior Designer at Dittus Communications in 2005. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at FD (Financial Dynamics) as an Art Director and later as a Senior Designer. Chris then joined FD Public Affairs as a Creative Director from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they became a Creative Director - SVP at FTI Consulting, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Vice President of Creative at Avalere Health. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Creative Services at National 4-H Council, where they have been since November 2015.
Chris Root obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Penn State University between 1994 and 1998. Following this, from 2003 to 2005, they attended the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design at The George Washington University, where they pursued a degree in Graphic Design and obtained an AFA (Associate of Fine Arts) qualification.
