4 Mental Health are a passionate group of professionals, delivering Connecting with People programs to meet the differing mental health training needs of a broad spectrum of sectors, including healthcare, social care, statutory bodies, further and higher education, workplaces, and the wider community.

Our flexible, modular training sessions are informed by evidence-based principles and cover a wide breadth of subjects from Emotional Resilience and Compassion in the Workplace, through to Suicide and Self-Harm mitigation modules with assessment tools for health and social care professionals.

We are proud of our international reputation for delivery of high-quality training and delighted that our approach has been adopted by numerous organisations and sectors.

We offer a number of routes for Connecting with People training delivery, providing cost effective solutions for both small and large organisations:

’Direct to Participant' programs via webinar sessions to up to 20 delegates or face to face sessions to up to 30 delegates at a time. 

Webinar Training Conferences to up to 100 delegates.

‘Train-the-Trainer’ programs enable larger organisations to develop in-house teams of their own trainers, licensed to deliver unlimited Connecting with People training to colleagues within their organisation. 

All training is delivered by highly skilled trainers offering a wealth of significant professional experience and essential insight for increased audience relevancy.
