Bram Schot

Bram Schot currently serves as Deputy Chairman and Non-Executive Board Member at Richemont since September 2023. In addition, Bram is a Member of the Board of Directors at Cognizant, a position held since April 2023, and serves as a Senior Advisor for The Carlyle Group and Global Cleantech Capital since January 2022. Bram has been contributing as a Member of the Board of Directors at Shell since October 2020 and serves as Vice Chairman and Member of the Supervisory Board at Signify since May 2022. In the advisory capacity, Bram works with ADS-TEC Energy and has been an Investor in 4.screen and AutoFill Technologies B.V. since January 2022. Furthermore, Bram has been a Professor of Leadership and Strategic Management at SDA Bocconi since January 2021. Bram holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bradford (1991-1993).
