Luca D.'s work experience begins in 2006 as the Head of NetObserver Italy and Spain at Harris Interactive, where they also served as the HISB Italy Business Development Manager. Luca then moved on to a Sales Manager position at Criteo in 2011, before becoming the Head of Sales EMEA & LATAM at Trovit in 2013. Luca returned to Criteo in 2014 and held various roles, including Senior Sales Manager Spain & Portugal, Head of Sales & Account Management Iberia, and Director Large Customers. In 2018, Luca took a sabbatical leave to focus on personal enrichment and development. After their break, they joined Mytraffic as the Head of Spain in 2020, and then took on the role of Commercial Director at Karmat in 2021. Currently, Luca is employed as a Strategic Partnership Manager at 4.screen, where they connect drivers with the world in real time.

Luca D. completed their undergraduate education at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia from 1999 to 2005, earning a Laurea magistrale degree in Economics and Commerce. In 2003 and 2004, they participated in the Erasmus Program at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, where they studied Maîtrise science et gestion. In 2021, Luca obtained a Professional Coaching certification from Escuela de Coaching EDPyN. Additionally, in March 2019, they received certifications in Digital Sales and Google Ads Fundamentals from Google.
