Nagarjun Karukuri has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and technical recruiting. Nagarjun started their career as an IT Technical Recruiter at Aureus Tech Systems, LLC in 2012. Later, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at CNC Consulting Inc, primarily focusing on IT staffing for State and Federal government projects. In 2013, Nagarjun joined eCap&Sol inc as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where their responsibilities included delivering technology-driven business solutions for clients. Nagarjun then moved on to 4-Serv Solutions Inc, where they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist/Team Lead, providing strategic solutions and expertise in IT consulting, application development, testing services, and systems integration for clients in key industry verticals.
